What is AI Video? 

AI video refers to content created or enhanced using artificial intelligence technologies, which can include generating realistic video clips of avatars that mimic human expressions and movements, altering or enhancing existing video footage, or even creating entirely new video content from text descriptions. What is this AI Training? 

We will record a short video of you speaking in any language, focusing on clear speech and expressive facial gestures with minimal body movement. This video is then refined and used to train an AI, creating a personalized avatar that mimics your expressions and speech patterns. The resulting AI avatar can speak in any language, replicating your facial and lip movements to any provided text or audio, offering a versatile digital representation of you

Video Filming

For our video recording session, we'll capture four distinct segments to ensure a comprehensive representation of your personality and expressions. Here's what we're aiming for in each clip:
1) Number of Clips

1. around 4 clips, each 2-3 minutes. 
   
   

2) Position

1. Stand up: Show your half body, with some body movement and hand gestures. 
2. Sit down: Show your upper body with more straight up & less body moment movement style (like new anchor).  ​

3) Language

1. Any language:  Best to speak in English, or your native language, plus other languages
   
   

4) Outfit

1. Formal, or
2. Smart casual.  

AI Training

As part of our innovative process, the AI engine will utilize the clips from our filming session to learn intricacies about you. It will analyze your voice, tone, facial expressions, and movements across various emotional states and scenarios. This in-depth learning enables the creation of a nuanced and dynamic AI avatar that reflects your unique characteristics accurately. Through this technology, your digital persona will be able to convey messages with a level of authenticity and personal touch previously unattainable.

AI Video Avatar Generation

​The AI video generation process culminates in the creation of a sophisticated digital avatar that embodies your unique characteristics. This avatar can accurately replicate your voice, facial expressions, and body movements, thanks to advanced AI and deep learning technologies. It provides a dynamic and versatile tool for diverse communication and content creation needs.

For the avatar's content, there are two main approaches to choose from:

1. Text-to-Speech: We can supply specific text, which the AI will transform into spoken content. This allows the digital avatar to deliver any message you wish, with the AI ensuring the voice and expressions align with your natural mannerisms.

2. Client-Recorded Audio: For a more personalized touch, you can record your own audio. This method guarantees that the avatar's speech precisely mirrors your intended message, tone, and emotional delivery, offering an authentic replication of your personal communication style.

Terms & Conditions

Model Shooting Agreement Terms


1. Duration and Preparation Requirements:
The duration of the video shooting is estimated to be between 15 to 30 minutes. Participants are required to dress appropriately for a professional setting and apply basic makeup suitable for high-quality video recording.


2. Purpose of Video Shooting:
The video shooting aims to collect materials for AI engine training purposes. These materials will serve as foundational data for Almond Tree Media Inc. to generate AI characters.


3. Use of Recorded Video:
Almond Tree Media Inc. commits to using the recorded video exclusively for internal AI training purposes. The company guarantees not to share or sell the recorded video to any third-party entities.


4. Application of AI Characters:
Almond Tree Media Inc. will utilize the AI characters generated from the video for its multimedia products, including but not limited to videos, live videos, and photographs, focusing on real estate, insurance, finance, and food & beverage industries. The AI characters will not be shared with or sold to third parties.


5. Compensation:
Participants will receive compensation for their time spent during the onsite video recording.


6. Ownership of Recorded Video:
Almond Tree Media Inc. retains full ownership and rights over the recorded video. Participants acknowledge that no claims can be made against the video once submitted.


7. Ownership of AI Generated Content:
Almond Tree Media Inc. holds full ownership rights over all AI-generated videos and related content. No further compensation will be provided beyond the initial agreement for video recording participation.


By participating in this video shooting, you agree to the terms outlined above, ensuring a transparent and mutually beneficial agreement between you and Almond Tree Media Inc.
