Virtual tour & 3D / Video Footage / photography booking request

Rules.  Please read carefully before booking. 

1. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy - Please let us know 24 hours prior the original booking time.  Cancellation or Reschedule request made 24 hours or less before your scheduled booking time will be subject to a charge of 100% cancellation / reschedule fee.
2. Onsite production (3D Shooting, Videography, Photography)
   1. Please clean up the place and ensure all interior lights work properly.
   2. Please remove all potential hazards from the properties.  
   3. Please block our scheduled time for any other appointments onsite.  i.e. No open house, No showing, No other onsite contractors.  If you have kids / pets, please arrange to take them away during the appointment.  Any interruption causing the production longer than expected will be charged additionally with our regular hourly rate of $100/hr. 
   4. Our videographer / photographer will contact you prior the appointment in the same day. Please arrange and grant access to the property for our videographer / photographer.
   5. Please ensure the videographer / photographer show up is the same person that we schedule for you. 
   6. Our videographer / photographer will wear mask and disposable slippers for COVID-19 prevention.  Please ensure anyone who will be onsite (e.g. the agent, the owner or tenant) are healthy and wear mask. 
   7. Our videographer / photographer will follow the standard production procedure set by our company for 3D / Video / Photos shooting.  Do not interfere their job.  If you have any specific request about the video/photos shooting (e.g must like the patio photos), please info us in the "Other Information" section upon booking or email us 24 hours prior the appointment. Our videographer / photographer will not take any instruction from you or any other person during the production. 
3. ​Post Production
   1. ​After onsite production is completed, please be patient and wait for the result.  The estimated turnaround time is based on the type of property and number of services. (please refer to the price plan page). 
   2. In very rare case, we may request for a 2nd onsite visit due to any issues we found from the original production footages or photos.  (e.g. poor lighting)  That will be free of charge and please coordinate with us. 
   3. Once complete, we will send you a webpage link for you to review the Matterport, video or the photos. 
   4. When review the Matterport, Video or photos, please feel free to provide us feedback and also proof read all the content. We will try to fulfill the change requests, but please keep in mind that not all change requests can be made. (e.g. changing music that may cause copyright issue)
   5. We will publish online once you approve.   Please keep in mind, once approved, making changes will be tough and may have negative impact (e.g. losing views). 
4. Payment
   1. Once onsite production is completed.  We will send you the invoice to your email.
      1. We accept online payment or eTransfer only. 
      2. Do not pay cash to the videographer / photographer.  We won't recognize and accept this. 
         ( You can tips the videographer / photographer . It is up to you).  
      3. If you have question about payment, please contact us. 
   2. Once onsite production began, there will be no refund.
